Terms of Service
By using Format Rules Manager, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Format Rules Manager is a Google Sheets add-on that lists the conditional formatting rules of the active spreadsheet and, at the user's request, deletes, duplicates, reorders, copies, merges, exports, imports, or restores those rules within that spreadsheet.
2. Free Service
Format Rules Manager is provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no paid tier, and no external account required. CloudNetix reserves the right to change pricing in the future, in which case these Terms will be updated and users will be informed in advance. Continued use after any pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Use Of The Service
You may use Format Rules Manager only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and Google Workspace and Google Marketplace requirements. You are responsible for the spreadsheets you modify and for reviewing changes before relying on them. The add-on provides an undo mechanism and export-based backups; keeping backups of important spreadsheets remains your responsibility.
4. No Professional Advice
Format Rules Manager provides technical assistance for managing conditional formatting. It does not provide legal, accounting, compliance, or security certification advice.
5. User Data And Privacy
Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability And Changes
Format Rules Manager may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Third-Party Services
Format Rules Manager depends on Google services including Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Availability may be affected by Google platform changes, quotas, or service interruptions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Format Rules Manager to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, violate Google policies, or attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
9. Limitation Of Liability
Format Rules Manager is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CloudNetix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Disclaimer Of Warranties
CloudNetix disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
The developer may suspend or terminate access if necessary. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes To These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
